The information and tables below compare bond lodgement statistics for North Shore rental property for the periods: Jul-Dec 2013 & Jul-Dec 2014.
Chase Property Management uses this information in conjunction with other sources when considering fair market rent increases and rental advertising prices. Please note that this information is historical and the rental property market is subject to change. Property types with fewer bond lodgements will show greater variances and as such we would only put weight on property types with a significant number of lodgements.
